What causes pain in the neck, shoulder, arm, and wrist?

- Repetitive strain injuries (RSI): These are caused by repeated motions or positions that cause pain and inflammation. Examples of RSI include working at a computer all day, doing repetitive exercises at the gym, and carrying a heavy purse or bag.
